Frequently asked questions
Where can I drag and drop files on CRAISEE?
You can drag and drop files into five places on CRAISEE: the Create prompt box, Kit input tile rows, the My Assets picker, the Assets page, and the asset sidebar. Each zone accepts the relevant media type — images, video, or audio — and uploads the file immediately where you drop it.
Can I drag and drop multiple files into CRAISEE Kits?
Yes. Multi-image Kit inputs accept several dropped files at once, up to their limit. Single-image inputs like Relight, Camera Angle, Headshot, Expand, and Mockup Creator use only the one file you drop. Video inputs in Motion Control and Extend Video also accept a dropped video file.
Can I drop files into the CRAISEE asset picker without closing it?
Yes. The My Assets picker now accepts dropped files directly, so you don't need to close it to upload first. If the picker is in single-select mode, the dropped file uploads and is selected immediately. Multi-select pickers add the file to your library for you to choose.
What file types can I drag and drop into CRAISEE?
CRAISEE drop zones accept images, videos, and audio files depending on the zone. The Create prompt box accepts files the selected model supports. Kit inputs accept images or videos based on the input type. The Assets page and asset sidebar accept images, video, or audio for your library.
Does drag and drop work in CRAISEE Recast Video?
Partially. In Recast Video, drag and drop works for reference images. However, the source video itself must be added using the Upload button or the Assets panel — dropping a source video directly is not supported in Recast Video.
What happens when I drop a file onto the CRAISEE Assets page?
When you drop images, video, or audio onto the CRAISEE Assets page, the files upload directly to your asset library. The same applies to the asset sidebar — files upload and appear in the sidebar grid, making them immediately available for use in your projects.
How do I upload files to CRAISEE without using a file dialog?
Drag any image, video, or audio file from your computer and drop it onto a CRAISEE drop zone — the Create prompt box, a Kit input row, the My Assets picker, the Assets page, or the asset sidebar. Files upload instantly at the drop location with no file dialog required.
Can I drop files into the CRAISEE Create prompt box?
Yes. The Create prompt box accepts dragged files that the currently selected model supports. Dropped files go into the model's main input or its reference list, depending on the model. This was the first drop zone available on CRAISEE before the others were added.
